1. If a wheel is discontinued can you still get the wheel? And why can I still add to cart and checkout?
No. If a wheel has been discontinued there is no way we can get the wheel from the manufacturer any longer. Even if you just need one wheel, we will be unable to help you in finding the discontinued wheel. If you need one replacement wheel our recommendation for discontinued wheels is you will need to buy a whole new set of wheels, which we can help you with. We try to label the which wheels on our website have been discontinued, but sometimes a few wheels may have been overlooked. The wheel is still on the web site to let you know they have been discontinued, you can still add them to your cart, but we will not process your order, as we can not order the wheels at all .We apologize for any inconvenience.


2. Can I install my wheels and tires myself?
Yes, but read The How to Instructions first, click here to view the instruction manuel.


3. Do you offer a warranty on wheels and tires?
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 4. How do I return my wheels and or tires?

5. Do you sell Center Caps for other wheels?
Yes we sell center caps for other wheels, please click here to request cap(s).


6. Are your posted prices in Canadian or U.S. Dollars?
All prices are listed in U.S. currency. For currency converter, please use XE.com. If you would like a price quote on international shipping, please send an email with your complete address and what you would like to order.


7. Are your wheel prices for a set of four or for one?
Wheel prices are listed per each wheel. Wheel and Tire packages include: 4 wheels, 4 tires and everything you need for an easy bolt-on installation with shipping to 48 states.


8. Can I order an off number of wheels, for example just one wheel?
Yes, you can order wheels one at a time. However, please keep in mind the freight charge is cheaper on a set of 4. Please send us an email for a quote with shipping and include size, finish (silver, chrome or custom color) and vehicle application.


9. Do I get lugnuts, hub rings and valve stems when I order wheels?
If you are buying wheels only, they are shipped with center caps only(if included). Hub centric rings are also included if necessary. You have the option of purchasing the installation kit for an extra cost which varies depending on application.


10. Do you carry other wheels or tires not listed on your web site?
The brands listed on the web page are what we mainly deal with. If there is a model missing in one of these brands, it usually means that is discontinued or no longer available. We are always updating the website with current information. We can usually special order other brands which are not listed on the website. If you know what you are looking for, please email us for a quote.


11. Do you have everything listed on your web site in stock?
No, but we do carry a large inventory. Also when we don't have stock we can get most products from local warehouses within a day or two. Sometimes items are totally sold out and placed on back order for weeks and some can be on hold for months. This is obviously beyond our control and we will contact you via E-mail to let you know and give you the option of waiting/changing the order or canceling all together.

16.How is my order packaged for shipping?
When you are buying wheels only, we usually use the original boxes.

If you are buying wheels and tires, the tires are mounted onto the rims and high speed computer balanced. Cardboard is placed over the face of the wheel and they are shrink-wrapped.

Tires are shipped as-is, with just the shipping labels attached to them.


17. How long will it take for my order to get to me?
If we have the item in stock, we will ship it out UPS Ground the same day you place the order. If we have to order the wheels, it usually only takes a few days to get the order ready to ship.

Being located in San Diego, CA makes it easy for us to order a set of wheels and ship right away. Most wheel companies are located either here in San Diego or 100 miles away in Los Angeles. West Coast customers can expect shipments to arrive in about 1-4 days from the time we ship, Mid-West customers are at 5-7 days and East Coast customers can expect about 7-10 days.


18. How much is shipping?
The prices on wheels only do not include shipping. Prices vary depending on wheel size. Wheel and tire packages come mounted, balanced, inflated and ready for an easy bolt-on installation.

The package prices with tires include 4 wheels, 4 tires, mounting, balancing, caps, lugnuts, valve stems and shipping to 48 states.


19. What are your business hours?
Our phone lines are open Monday thru Sunday from

7:00am-7:00pm Pacific Standard Time (We are on the West Coast)

And our store hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4:45pm, Saturday from 8am-Noon

Sunday we are closed


20. When I place an order, when will my credit card be charged?
Before anything is ever processed, we make sure for you that the wheels and tires you ordered will correctly fit your vehicle.

Once fitment is determined, your credit card will be charged and the order will be processed.


21. Where are you located?
We are located in Santee, California which is about 10 minutes outside San Diego. This means we are right in the middle of the aftermarket industry for wheels and tires. If we don't have it in stock, we can usually get it in within a few days.


22. Where do you ship?
We can ship almost anywhere in the world. We have customers from U.K. to Australia to Russia. All prices listed on the website are to the U.S. 48 continental states. If you would like a price on international shipping charges, please send us an email with exact shipping address and what you would like to order.


23. Why are your prices so low, are they blemished or discontinued?
We sell every product factory direct to give our customers the lowest price possible. All wheels listed online are guaranteed from the manufacturer to be brand new 1st line product. We also physically inspect every order before it is shipped to ensure quality. We do sell some wheels blemished at discounted prices, but everything listed is 1st line, unless otherwise noted.


24. Why can't you ship to a separate shipping address?
This is for security purposes only and to ensure that no-one can use your credit card who isn't authorized. By having this policy, we protect the legitimate card holders. If you really need to ship to another address besides the billing address, you can call the (800) number on the back of the credit card to list an alternate address. They will allow you to list at least one other alternate shipping address.


25. Why do some caps stick out and others are flat?
The caps that stick out are mainly for Truck/SUV wheels only, (with some exceptions such as DUB Wheels), the caps that are flat are mainly for cars/FWD vehicles.

Please note that cap styles are subject to change by the Wheel Manufacturers.


26. If I want to ship to Canada, will I have to pay taxes and duties?
Yes.There is no way around this. Please email us for a direct quote on shipping to Canada. No matter where we ship in Canada you will be responsible for all Duties and Taxes. NO EXCEPTIONS.


27. Why don't my tire pressure sensors link up to my vehicle?
Orders shipped with sensors should automatically link up with your cars cpu. If not, sometimes the car must be taken into the dealership to be calibrated at the customers expense.
